We caught up with residents from Northshore Crescent over the weekend!
It’s a beautiful place with breath-taking views of the coastline.
Residents though are facing teething problems, mostly due to lack of connectivity problems.
Many residents we spoke to said internet reception was poor and they had difficulty finding a signal.
Besides that, the transport network is still in its most basic phase, with few buses plying the area.
Such concerns are why the SDA is urging the government to build new flats ahead of demand and in ready-to-move-in condition.
This would cut waiting times to around 2.5 years.
And with cohesive inter-ministry planning, important infrastructure would be in place when they move in.
